EG33 Terms & Conditions – Complete User Agreement

EG33 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between EG33 and its users ("Members" or "you").

These terms and conditions have been prepared in Bengali for the convenience of our Bangladeshi members. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the English version shall prevail. Registration Terms

Account Security

Keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. Report any unauthorized access to your account to our support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity that takes place on their account.

Eg33 supports all major payment methods available in Bangladesh. Deposits are typically processed instantly.

Deposit Limits & Methods

All deposits must be made from the account holder's own payment method. Third-party deposits are not accepted and any such transactions may be reversed.

EG33 is committed to paying out members' legitimate winnings promptly. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.

General Withdrawal Terms

General Bonus Policy

Eg33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse is detected — such as attempting to withdraw bonuses without genuine risk — the bonus may be forfeited and the account suspended.

The following rules apply to use of the eg33 Sports Betting section. All bets are considered final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on EG33. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

  Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.

  Engaging in fraud, deception, or any form of dishonest conduct.

  Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.

  Attempting to use hacking, viruses, or any malicious code.

  Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• ✗
  Exploiting any technical glitch or bug on the eg33 platform.
• ✗
  Managing an account on behalf of a minor.

EG33 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time and without prior notice. Members may also request the closure of their own account at any time.

Reasons for Account Closure

  Suspicious or fraudulent activity.

  Failure to verify identity or providing false information.

  Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months+).

  Voluntary account closure requests can be submitted through customer support.

If an account is closed, any valid balance (where applicable and provided no rules have been violated) will be returned to the member's designated payment method.
